کراچی: 5 اکتوبر 2024 کو باغ جناح پولو گراؤنڈ میں ممتاز اسلامک اسکالر ڈاکٹر ذاکر نائیک کے عوامی اجتماع کے پیشِ نظر ٹریفک پولیس نے خصوصی پلان جاری کردیا۔ ڈاکٹر ذاکر نائیک کے عوامی اجتماع کے شرکا کیلیے 2 مقامات پر پارکنگ کا انتظام کیا ہے۔ تقریب کا انعقاد شام 7 بجے بارہ دری نذد باغ جناح المعروف پولو گراؤنڈ میں ہوگا۔ ٹریفک پولیس کے ترجمان نے بتایا کہ وائی ایم سی اے گراؤنڈ اور ڈی جے کالج کے گراؤنڈ میں پارکنگ کا انتظام کیا گیا ہے، شرکا پارکنگ گراؤنڈ میں گاڑی کھڑی کر کے پیدل پولو گراؤنڈ پہنچیں گے۔ تقریب کے دوران ایوان صدر روڈ اور فوارہ چوک سے کھجور چوک تک بند رہے گی لہٰذا عوام متبادل راستے کا انتخاب کریں تاکہ اپنی منزل پر باآسانی پہنچ سکیں۔ ترجمان نے بتایا کہ آئی آئی چندریگر روڈ اور شاہین چوک سے ٹریفک کو ضیا الدین روڈ اور کھجور چوک سے پی آئی ڈی سی موڑا جائے گا، ٹریفک کو پی آئی ڈی سی سے بائیں جانب کلب روڈ اور میٹروپول سے کلفٹن یا شارع فیصل موڑا جائے گا۔ پولیس کے مطابق شاہین سگنل سے ٹریفک کو ایم آر کیانی چوک سے زینب مارکیٹ موڑ دیا جائے گا جبکہ زینب مارکیٹ سے ٹریفک کو ایٹریم مال، فوارہ چوک آ

ISLAMABAD: In response to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI’s) call for a protest, the Islamabad police have formed seven teams to arrest protestors, ARY News reported on Thursday, citing sources. According to the sources, the special police team will consist of 15 to 17 policemen and officers each. The crackdown, which is expected to begin tonight, will target local activists and those coming to Islamabad for tomorrow’s protest. The teams will operate under the leadership of Superintendents of Police (SPs), with each team being headed by a sub-inspector rank officer, sources claimed. The operation will involve coordination with local police stations to arrest activists at different locations across the city. ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday received Malaysian Premier Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim who is undertaking a three-day official visit to Pakistan.
